Everything was perfect, comparable to Austria and Italy ski resorts.

A little bit small spa for the size of the hotel. Becomes very loud and full between 17:00 and 19:00 and you need reservation for it which I do not understand.

Everything. Very clean, nice staff, warm, good food, great location.

The only minus is that the spa becomes very full between 17:00-19:00 even out of the season. The spa is a little bit small for the size of the hotel.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. I really liked the woman who does the massage (I forgot her name). She has golden hands))) Everything was wonderful, except for the incident that left me in shock in the dinner

I was shocked by what I saw in the restaurant during dinner. A cockroach was crawling across the table. I was shocked by what I saw, because a hotel of this caliber would have a cockroach and an egg on the serving table. I made a remark to the chef, and he responded by, mind you, crushing the cockroach and the egg with his finger (he was wearing gloves). After that, he didn't change his glove, but wiped it on a napkin!!! and continued cooking and serving food.... Seriously??? If any of the managers are reading this, it was March 17, 2026. What I saw made me lose the desire to eat anything immediately. This chef was also using his phone, apparently out of camera range, and then, without changing his gloves, he touched the food... Check the hair dryers in the rooms. Your hair dryer ruined my hair when it got caught in the fan, which was supposed to be covered with a fine mesh. It was painful and unpleasant. I lost some of my hair.
