Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center: Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots: 10:00 – 12:00 12:30 – 14:30 15:00 – 17:00 17:30 – 19:30 20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only. * During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60. Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance. Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation. * The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

Sto je voda u spoljnom bazenu ledena i sto su pola sata pre termina ugasili sve...i ne dopada nam se naplata parkinga...

Odličan doručak i večera,kao i lokacija.Pohvala za osoblje.Dobili smo upgrade Delux sobu.Obezbijedjen parking.

Bazen spoljašnji bi mogao biti topliji.Wifi u sobi se često gubi.

Izvanredan hotel, izvanredni sadržaji, često boravim u ovom objektu.

Menadmet spa centra nije korektan. Ne vidim potrtebu za uskraćivanje spa usluga, jer je to velika prednost ovog hotela. Bez spa centra hotel bi se sveo na obične apartmane.
