The cleaning room service always come and ask everyday whether the room need to be cleaned or not

The food menu during breakfast should be improved

Facilities are ok and clean

Front office doesn't understand English. Communication is very poor. We booked one queen bed room and one twin bed room for three nights. We got both the rooms with twin-bed. I dint get the option to complaint to the hotel staff as they were not getting my problem. On top of it we lost 150,000 IDR which was kept in hotel room. When we complained about it, front office staff was not reactive/heartless. Due to this we were short of some money, when we asked the front office staff for help- borrow bare minimum money to take a taxi and exchange the dollars, they simply refused. In addition to this, when we were about to check out, we wanted our quota of complementary water bottles, they simply refused and wanted me to pay for it. Finally I dint pay for it.All the above examples shows that this hotel's unprofessional attitude.
