The sink inside the toilet was blocked. The breakfast was already cold. The coffee from coffee dispenser was cold and I have to asked one of the attendant to make one cup hot in the microwave. The towel provided was smells bad. I asked for smoking room however At the time we entered the room it's already smells cigarette. Means it was not clean properly after the previous guest left.

Provide water kettle for guests make coffee or hot water. The water dispenser you placed next to the elevator is inconvenience for guests to go in and out the room just to get hot water. Should open the window and let the fresh air come in when you clean the room for make cigarette smells go and spray air freshener.
