Good location.

Ordered a twin room with breakfast. Got a room with a double bed and sofa. No breakfast provided. Staff initially advised they don’t do twin rooms, but agreed to make up sofa bed. Sofa bed too small. No coffee making facilities. Extremely overpriced at £361 for one night.

The bar is great, and the rooms and general hotel areas are clean

The bed was quiet uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and definitely needed replacing,the fridge in our room also did not work. The room was also still warm and the AC was on.

Good location next to central station.

We booked a triple room which was smaller than expected with barely any floor space, considering it’s supposed to fit 3 people. The AC wasn’t very powerful and the room was therefore quite stuffy, especially since the windows do not open. The room has a mini fridge which was not working. There also seemed to be no main lights (except lights in the shower and next to the bed) which made the room quite dark.
