Can't thank the staff enough. We were upgraded to a bigger room, not sure why, but, thankyou, we loved it. Was absolutely spotless. Staff were friendly and welcoming . Hotel was centrally located. Would 100%recommend to stay here. Thankyou, Yotel. Fantastic visit. Btw, bed was amazingly comfortable

"Zentrale Lage, sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer"

Zentrale Lage. Wir hatten ein etwas teureres Zimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk mit sehr schönen Ausblick. Andere Zimmer waren nicht so entsprechend. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes im Mai 2026 war die Zufahrt zum Hotel aufgrund vieler Baustellen sehr schwierig. Die empfohlene Parkgarage (Q-Park Waterloo Street) hat eine extrem enge Auffahrt.

Das Frühstück hätte eine gute Auswahl gehabt, wenn nicht jeden Tag irgend eine Speise lang vor dem Frühstücksende aus gewesen wäre und nicht nachgebracht werden konnte (zB Wurst, Joghurt...) Die Frühstücks- bzw. Barräume waren zu kalt.

Room was very bright and modern, great shower size. Smart bed was nice touch.

Took us a while how to figure out turning the led lights off behind TV as they kept coming on. Instructions on wall at switch or bedside cabinet be more noticeable.
