Very good price a well as good hosts. If you need a quiet place to rest in your travels, this is perfect!

Really cool layout and comfy room with excellent hospitality

I booked this for my friend and took the tour with him. Very homey and has kitties 😻. Everyone was nice and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable (according to my friend who stayed there) and me sitting on the end of it. Has a TV and small fridge in the room for drinks or cool snacks.

The property was very home and the greeter was very kind.

Dirty and creepy

It was awful. The room looked like an old dirty basement and smelled like it as well. We ended up leaving and going else where.

The room is spacious and comfortable with a number of amenities that you wouldn't normally get at the price. I enjoy the cats in the yard, the friendly owners, and convenience of being close to a number of shops and restaurants I like to visit. At the price, it can't really be beat to get away for a while when out and about.

The two hosts were very cordial, but the room was rough, dead bug on the counter, the counter was two pieces, the bathroom was so gross we elected not to show.

The hosts Mark and John were very prompt in communication and very hospitable. This is a home being shared by 3 men with extra sleeping spaces for paid guests. The problem is that you must enter through the front door and walk through someone else’s sleeping area to get to your bedroom. The bed felt like an old worn out mattress that sunk in, although I would have slept fine on it. The “lanai” advertised in the listing is a narrow path around a large emptied pool. The room and house itself while not chic and modern, I felt it to be clean. The shared bathroom had personal items in the shower as expected for someone’s home but the sink had been painted hot pink and the paint was peeling up which was wierd. The room was in the back of the house and closed by two French doors which had a padlock on their side of the doors which was uncomfortable for me as a guest, signs in the hallway about being on camera made me uncomfortable to go to the bathroom at night and be on camera. All of those things together that were not described in the listing caused me to cancel my stay and leave immediately. Had those things been disclosed in the listing, it would be on me that I chose to book a place knowing this, but it was not and did not feel like adequate privacy and safety for me and my daughter.
