The rooms were pretty nice

1- The route to the property was full of garbage 2- The pool was dirty, couldn't swim even once for the 3 days we stayed 3- No hot water, had to get it fixed but it stopped again after an hour 4- There was no staff at the villa, we checked out alone after waiting and calling them multiple times.

Great location, very friendly staff. My flight got delayed and I had to check in much later than anticipated but the staff were very responsive. Highly recommended.

The room is nice and clean but I didn’t have warm water for a couple of nights. Staff didn’t seem to care about it when I raised the issue with them. The other 2 nights that I had warm water, there was not enough pressure on the shower. I was on the Vila no. 5. There’s no smart tv neither.

Access is pretty tricky, my driver didn’t want to be pick me up at the front as it is a difficult street for cars to drive down. Staff appears to be nice but they don’t actually care.

We had an amazing stay, staff are lovely. Rooms were even better than the pictures, great pool. Would definitely stay again, in good distance from everything.

Рядом лучшие кафе, спа, магазинчики, в 15-20 минутах пешей доступности пляж Эта вилла сделала наше пребывание на Бали очень счастливым. Удачи и процветания!

Во второй половине проживания стали хуже убирать: перестали класть маленькие полотенца, кончилась горячая вода. В один из дней мы обнаружили в ванне несколько червей и плесень. Было неприятно
