"Good location and breakfast, but popular place, hence the price tag. During weekends expect hearing kids from other room"

Location great, close to the Shifen waterfalls. Breakfast was also great a lot of vegetarian/vegan options given it was in Taiwan, where this is very scarce.

I do not mind kids at a hotel, but taiwanese seem to stay up late even with the kids and the walls and doors are not exactly soundproof. Also compared to the rest of Taiwan, the price was pretty high, I guess due to the fact, that Shifen waterfalls are really famous.

房間簡單乾淨且寬敞，落地窗景觀一流，冷氣很涼。附送簡單早餐，餐廳冷氣也很涼。住宿送天燈體驗，園區有大泳池、烤肉區、天空軌道腳踏車與多種兒童戶外遊具，都是免費使用，有趣好玩。

從瑞芳前往的路途蜿蜒且沒有路燈,晚上開車還頗黑的,開車要小心慢慢開; 員工服務非常棒, 天燈的解說也讓小朋友很有興趣,很棒的老師; 早餐蠻不錯,中式的清粥小菜; 園區的設施也很好玩,游泳池還有救生員在旁邊看,安全第一!

這次的房間整齊清潔; 唯一美中不足的是馬桶內部好像漏水了, 會有滴水聲, 晚上聲音蠻明顯, 需要把廁所門關起來才比較沒聽到 . 另外床偏硬, 枕頭偏薄.

員工很熱情

床和枕頭睡起來都很不舒適，床頭上面的木頭上平面有很清楚的灰塵，引起粉塵過敏一直打噴嚏
