it was pretty cosy and super clean. we felt like home from the very beginning.

Quiet and private

Bit tricky to find in the dark. Streets are unlit but that can also be a plus. A broken thermostat in the main bathroom needed a repairman to come and stop it from flicking and clicking and then we had reduced heat on the main floor for the rest of our short stay. Staff were awesome at responding to our questions and needs. Also had trouble resetting the tv which they helped with by email.

Beautiful, quiet, location close to walking trails and not too far from lost lake. Spacious, comfortable, modern. Split level separation of bedrooms and living space. Excellent internet. Parking space included. Highly recommended.

Full kitchen. Quiet location.

2nd bathroom too far from bedrooms. Lots of stairs not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Overall is acceptable. The location is good. The property looks pretty clean.

One of the bedroom stand light did not work. I needed to swap out the light bulb from the living room as no maintenance personnel would come to do it. The master bedroom TV did not work as there was not a wifi connection for the TV. There were only a few small bottles of shampoo and body lotions for 4 guests for 3 nights, no hair conditioner was provided. One of the shampoo bottles was half empty. No fry pan was provided so I contacted the hotel front desk about the situation. The guy was very nice to bring me a new 8-inch fry pan, but kind of small for making steaks though. Paper towels and toilet papers were subpar quality. The kitchen cabinet doors were difficult to open and close. The owner was very nice to leave two bikes for guests to use. However, one of the bike front tire leaked air, so that was useless.
