"Beautiful home; we look forward to staying there again"

The property is very nice; we'd like to stay there again. What I *really* liked, though, was the fact that there was an issue with the property when we arrived. Of course, I didn't like that so much ... but life isn't perfect and these things happen. I really appreciated the manager's commitment to making things right, turning a bad experience into an exceptional one.

"shouldn’t have had to strip beds if paying for full service, otherwise pretty good."
