"Fun & festive"

Love love love this village!!! They have a great selection of boutiques, restaurants, bars and art galleries. During winter season they also have a ice skating rink, fire pitts and on certain days they have s’mores and hot chocolate stands. A winner for young and old.

"Fun for the family!"

10.0

A posh little slice of heaven. If you didn’t know you were in Colorado, you would think you are in Bavaria. There are mainly art shops (bronze, sculptures, paintings, graphics, illustrations, ornaments) as well as home decor shops and of course fashion shops (all focused on sports and skiing). I would recommend a book shop which I think could enhance the village, I also thought about a cinema and an antique shop. However... I like the alleyways and street lamps, flowers, fountains and especially the ice rink. There’s a cute market and wine / liquor store with basic necessities. I also loved the rock/gem/mineral shop. If you are here take a look at the performing arts center (theatre) 👍🏻My favorite is when it lights up at night and everyone is snuggled cozy around fire pits with wine. Good show!

"A nice afternoon...."

10.0

We spent a pleasant afternoon visiting the Village. The area has numerous shopping, dining, and lodging options from which to choose. The ambiance is upscale Alpine village; offering many of the amenities those who consistently inhabit such places, come to expect. Being off-season, the traffic (human & auto) was minimal; and parking was easily obtained. There are many places to sit, relax; and watch the few people who were walking about. It was also interesting watching the workers engaged in maintaining the ice-rink. We enjoyed excellent pizza at Blue Moose, and some decent bargains at Giovanny Alexander (1 day before their closing for seasonal transition). We even indulged in the touristy act of being photographed by the bridge over-the-stream. All and all, it was an engaging way to spend an autumn afternoon. This is a great place to spend an afternoon; as well as, a vacation.

"Bavaria in the Rockies"

10.0

This quaint village, designed with an Alpine appearance in mind, has almost everything a vacationer would want for a weeks vacation. It has hotels, restaurants, clothing shops, jewelry and art stores, and a general store to mention just a few things. It offers a world class performing arts theater with shows and performances from all over the world, and an outdoor ice skating rink that is open 10 months a year--even on the hottest evenings in July! It's the gateway to great snowsports (skiing, snowboarding, Nordic, and snowshoeing) in the winter and good hiking in the summer. Except for the performing arts theater, its nightlife is pretty dull. It's not for those who like to stay up late partying, then roll into bed. However, within minutes of the village are Avon, Vail and Edwards, all with bars, movies theaters and musical bands. Don't select this vacation spot if you're on a tight budget. It is pricier than most resorts, but worth it for those who prefer higher end lodging and service.

"Picturesque"

10.0

We were in the area for a family Thanksgiving get-away. We were there on Thanksgiving day and it had snowed the night before. Everywhere you looked was a "Kodak" moment. Many interesting shops, restaurants, and recreational choices. Also, there were many "goodwill ambassadors" readily available for any help. And then the cookies were constantly being passed around. A lovely village

If you like to people watch this is a good place to start. Ice skating is located near the center of village. Beautiful place at night. Stop at The Golden Eagle restaurant for a bite to eat. Great food and service. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy a lunch special.

"Awesome Outdoor Kids Activities in Beaver Creek Village"

10.0

We take the kids to Beaver Creek Village every year. The Climbing Wall, Bungee Trampoline, Ropes Course, Ice Skating, Children's Museum, Children's Theatre, Gem Panning, Miniature Golf, and Chairlift are just a few things we have done. We make it a "kids day" to do whatever they want. We end up doing it all and having so much fun! The team working with the kids on each activity are always pleasant, encouraging and helpful. We really enjoy our visit. Thank you, Beaver Creek Village, for making it fun for the kids. The activities make it a memorable experience.

"Close to everything!"

stayed here with an organized ski group. Was lucky to get a condo close to the pool and hot tub. Condo had been updated with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Easy shuttle to the ski resort.
