kemudahan seperti lif rosak dan tiada alternatif selain tangga bg orang kurang upaya. kebersihan seperti tilam dan cadar yang kurang menyenangkan dan bersih seperti ada tompok dan kesan rokok. tambahan yang perlu dibuat juga seperti meletak pewangi bilik supaya kelihatan segar dan wangi. bagi orang yang kurang upaya perlu menyediakan kelengkapan air booth pada selang tingkat tanpa terun ke lobi bagi memperolehi nya jika menginap di tingkat paling atas.

L'espace, le manque total de rangement. Nous avons été prévenus juste avant notre arrivée que l'ascenseur était en panne, alors qu'il ne fonctionnait en réalité pas depuis un long moment. Bien sûr on pouvait annuler sans frais, mais avec aucune chance de retrouver un logement dans les délais... Cela n'a pour autant pas donné l'idée au personnel de nous aider avec nos bagages
