Property and room were nice. Eggs and sausage for breakfast. Great value.

I stayed at this hotel for a work-related trip because of its convenient location just off the interstate, making it easy to access and depart. The interior of the hotel is clean and modern, which creates a pleasant environment upon arrival. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The breakfast offerings were disappointing and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service from the overnight staff left much to be desired, as they were not particularly attentive or helpful. Housekeeping services were also below standard; for instance, upon entering my room, I found only two towels and two phones. Disturbingly, one of the phones was left sitting on the desk without a cord, rendering it unusable. The complimentary coffee provided in the morning was cold and not refreshed, stored inside a thermos. Another concern was that the doors to the hotel are locked until 9am without any visible signage informing guests of this policy. This can be inconvenient if you need to go to your car to unload or retrieve belongings, as you might leave your key at the front desk. Since the front desk staff is occupied with breakfast service and managing overnight duties simultaneously, this could lead to potential issues or delays. Overall, while the hotel has a decent location and a clean, modern appearance, the service and some amenities do not quite meet expectations, which detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

Nothing to describe my stay but great

It was wonderful! Staff was great, room was clean. Check-in was fast and easy and so was check-out. The only issue was the elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Breakfast had a great selection.

We did like this hotel. Only possible issue is the parking lot isn’t very big
