Overall very good experience! Clean, stylish, brand new hotel. Friendly staff. Nice pool area (3 different pools) - we loved our 4 night stay there! There’s still few things to improve: the new generation appreciate more ”greenier” hotel experienece. We think that water resources of Santorini are very limited, so we don’t need new towels every day. Also the hotel could save water and environment if they don’t collect your plate immediately when it’s empty (breakfast). Ofcourse the service was really good but this was the only negative thing to say about this hotel - you can always do these things more environmental friendly.
Great hotel, room was very spacious and clean. The hotel had three very nice pools, staff was very friendly and food was great. Very well located, close to Fira center and the bus station.
This hotel was amazing. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. The food was great and it was walking distance to town. We had a great time there.
Shower leaked. Refrigerator turned off every time you left the room. Asked staff to look into it, they did nothing. They claimed they'd help with dinner reservations and that they would let us know if there were any issues, we had to keep checking only to find out at the last minute they couldn't find anything and we had to scramble. They seemed to mean well but just weren't very capable ...
The property is stunning and location is amazing but can be a little noisy from the surrounding streets. Staff is very friendly. Food is tasty. Highly recommend.
We had booked a Deluxe Double room and got a room with a balcony just next to a very busy street. Even with closed windows it was very loud. If we had known this, we would never have booked this room. We have been to Santorini many times in different hotels but this was the worst we had so far. The hotel has nice design but room and breakfast were disappointing. No fresh fruit salad, orange juice tastes like flavoured sugar water,...
