Nightmare stay woke up with a roach crawling on the bed, staff was rude because I extended with Expedia they made me check out at 11am & check back in at 3pm & the room wasn’t even ready. Owner son was rude asking me if I have a problem. Stay away

No breakfast.

Privacy on a couple issues! 1. Shower head sprayed water all over the floor 2. Water came out scalding hot or ice cold 3. I asked the maid to not touch my bags when I asked for service. It was obviously moved. We all set are bags or mark our bags to see if they comply and they failed terribly and heard others say the same in the building. 4. My room was also entered on another occasion when I didn't ask. I found a Marlboro cigarette butt on my floor. Was that poor cleaning from before or someone smoking un my room because u smelt the air freshener as well. Nice try!

These people first raised the rates over night told me I couldn't book online an I felt that was t right when I had been paying $70 a night do not stay here this place is horrible an dirty

The tv didn’t work and the cover had holes in them and something was biting me, won’t stay there anymore and they charge too much to be that bad worst place ever
