Hacienda Las Amantes

Loved the atmosphere and the care with which the property is maintained. Every vista and room was beautiful and the artworks were so interesting. Staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned and done early in the day.

The overhead shower was difficult if you didn't want to get your hair wet so either change to a slide bar shower which is much more "women friendly" or provide shower caps. Breakfast was great (especially the coffee) but because no one speaks English, it would have been helpful if the English menu had described what the menu item was instead of just giving it an English name.

Beautiful property with an amazing breakfast and very centrally located. The staff were really helpful and arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. We also really enjoyed the grounds. It is a beautiful place to just hang out.

We had a room facing the street, which was a little bit noisy.

The breakfasts were wonderful with numerous choices on the menu. We tried several things and found all of them to be delicious and fresh. The whole staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There were many terraces and places to sit to enjoy the gorgeous grounds and views of the churches. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Fruit to bring breakfast was always fresh. Coffee was tasty and they had a good choice of Mexican style egg dishes.

Noise from cars at night was a little much but they provide ear plugs which were more than adequate.
