Great location-close to train and businesses. Room was comfortable and well stocked. Friendly reception and helpful at front desk.

Good location and room very clean and comfortable Team were extremely helpful, pleasant and kind, when I had a late booking and I needed to move from a sister hotel down to an error on my part.

This is one of the most comfortable rooms Ive stayed. Lovely facilities bright and sunny. Beautiful hotel walking distance to the waterfront and old town

Everything was perfect

I stayed here whilst in Zug on business. Check-in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very polite, friendly and cheery. The room I was given was very nice. It was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding felt soft and was comfortable. The sofa was a nice touch and made relaxing after a day of meetings a bit more comfortable. Breakfast was food with a good selection of juices, cereals, hot items and other options. I could not fault the room, staff or breakfast, everything was great. My stay was good and I’d happily stay here again when next in Zug.
