ATATATEinstieg in den See nur durch wenige Leitern möglich. Hier sollte eine komfortable Treppe gemacht werden. Für so viele Gäste sind die Einstiegsleitern zu wenig. Für älteres Publikum sehr schwierig hinein und hinauszukommen.
DEFrühstück war sehr gut,gute Aussicht auf den Wolfgangsee,Hotel hat eine gute Lage am See,Anbindung an den Ort sehr gut ,alles zu Fuß erreichbar,Auto wird auf einen externen Abstellplatz vom Personal gebracht
Der Frühstücksraum ist nur über Treppenstufen zu ereichen,Bad und Wellnesslandschaft könnte besser sein

GBStaff at the hotel provide excellent service. In the restaurant and bar, the staff are mostly young people who are very professional and friendly. They gladly switched to English to accommodate our lack of German. I feel they deserve recognition. Breakfast is superb. Huge variety of quality items, constantly refilled by attentive staff. The beds are extremely comfortable. Appreciated the welcome refreshments in our room. Perhaps make clearer that there are meals/snacks available at beach bar into the evening - we went into town on our first night but wouldve stayed had we realised food was available in evening (we ate in the restaurant on our second night). The beach and pool area are fantastic - swimming in the lake before breakfast: highlight of our stay.
