Hotel possess as 4 star but it is not so . It is written it is pet friendly however it is hard to call it so - your pet can stay for 79 eur For this fee there was nothing offered : bed , bowls, snack or etc. We travel a lot and never had such high fee for a dog( we have 2 kg dog) Air conditioner is very poor , it just blows hot air. Pillows and blankets are terrible. Bed squeaked. Safe was broken and alarmed very loudly. Breakfast was low level , coffee terrible - had to go to the nearest cafe to get a morning coffee. All in all as hotel is possessed as luxury it did not meet our expectations . We stayed in the premium room . Definitely not going back to this hotel.

Das Hotel ist mit schönen Bildern ausgestattet, auch unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoß. Im Zimmer war alles an seinem Platz und als eine Einrichtung der Haustechnik unangenehme Geräusche ins Zimmer sendete bekamen wir unproblematisch ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Dabei war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Shopping-Mall mit einem Foodcourt, da ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Die automatisierten e-Mails des "persönlichen" Beraters nerven, weil sie das Ziel haben, dass der Gast die erforderlichen Verwaltungsschritte selbst erledigt. Schade, das der Fahrstuhl nicht bis ins Dachgeschoss geht.
