"clean sufficient hotel but restaurant and Rooftop Bar expensive. Don't get me started on parking"

The room was clean great location for our event. Staff very polite.

Breakfast should have been free after having to pay to park. Being handicapped valet parking was the only choice. Wasn't cheap but no other option. Valent parking employees outstanding.the breakfast too expensive the rooftop bar too expensive and way too long of a line to get into but fortunately for us we brought our own food and booze

I stayed for one night while in town for a concert at The Intersection, and the location could not be more perfect - quick and easy walk to the venue. I felt totally comfortable coming and going. The hotel is clean, stylish, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with everything I needed for a quick trip. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. I didn’t have a chance to try the onsite restaurants this visit, but I did pop over to One Twenty Three Tavern next door and I highly recommend. Great atmosphere, great service, and their Smashburger was chef’s kiss. I’ll absolutely be back there next time. Overall, this was the perfect home base for a night out in Grand Rapids. I’d definitely stay here again!
