Good location! Good gyn! Confortable. Good service!

Unfortunatelly, the air conditioning was broked, so, during the day at 28/29ºC in the room and at night 26ºC. So, very hot and it's really necessary fix that.

Room is clean. Cost good. Breakfast selection is good. Many restaurants near hotel. Fancy shopping center next to hotel.

Public transportation is not convenient. Lots of students group tours. Breakfast space is too small especially when there are 100s of students group. Air conditioner is not working. Maybe temporary issue?

The hotel was everything that I wanted a large room with seated area. The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative on arrival and at check in.

Our the first night the air conditioner was set at 26 degrees which made sleeping very difficult we tried to turn it down but the controls did not work. Spoke to reception the next morning to find out it is a centralised air conditioner which was fine but asked if they could turn the temperature down, which was done. We asked for the room to be made up when leaving and on our arrival back later that afternoon found that the towels in the bathroom were replenished and dirt in rubbish bins removed but our beds were not made and dirty cups and glasses not cleaned or replaced which was very odd.

수건의 질이 좀 아쉽습니다 비즈니스 호텔이라 해도.. 모텔 느낌의 수건이어서 아쉬웠어요

Location is excellent. Walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops. Shopping mall is also really close by (walking). Rooms are decent, a business hotel. Nothing exceptional, but also nothing to complain. Very comparable to the other big business hotel in Dongtan 1, which can easily be seen from this hotel.

I stayed for two weeks (14 nights). During this time my bed was not made 4 times and no fresh towels put in the bathroom 2 times (but they took away the old towels). OK, this stuff happens every now and then. I have stayed hundreds of nights in plenty of business hotels all over world over the past 30+ years. But the standard basic room service here was amongst the worst I experienced in any developed country. Laundry service: it states on the laundry sheet that items delivered until 10:00am will be done on the same day. But it turns out the deadline is in fact 9:00am !!! But it doesn't state this anywhere!! Neither on the paper nor on the delivery box downstairs. Only the lady at the reception told me. But it was too late... Breakfast: DO NOT BOOK IT !!!! It's not worth it. Complete waste of money. All food items which should be heated are completely cold (scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, fried rice, etc.). No option for fried eggs etc. The buffet is more on the Asian side than on the International side, which is OK for a hotel in Korea. But the quality of the food was marginal and the temperature clearly wrong. But worst of all is the location where you have to eat breakfast. A very filthy, not cleaned reaturant type of room, which is very oddly decorated with dozens and dozens of extremely dusty empty wine bottles. Very weird. Plus, breakfast time is extremely limited, also on the weekend (ends way too early). You are better off saving this money and spending it at a nearby coffe shop. Alternatively, if you want a really nice international breakfast buffet, go to the other big business hotel (walking distance) and buy it there.

Location was very close to Times Terrace Mall and close to bus stops for going to Seoul;

The air conditioning wasn't working right; floor in hotel room didn't look so clean;
