"I am several disappointed."

I stayed at the Home2 Hilton in Dekalb last weekend. I drove several hours from Detroit and I was tired. My girlfriend and I got into our room late *1am after the long drive. We both tried to get to sleep. The pillows were not firm and did not have any support. I couldn't sleep. I went to the desk asking for pillows. The girl at the desk told me that she would try to find the supportive ones. She couldn't find any. I literally got an hour of sleep. I talked to the general Manager via message and he stated there is nothing he can do because those are the pillows that are in all hotels at Hilton. I don't think this is true as I usually stay in Hiltons and this is a first time for me not having supportive pillows and not being able to sleep. Never has this happened before. The manager Earl Flowers stated he couldn't do anything and wouldn't reimburse me or at least compensate somehow for the cost of a hotel. I will never spend 200 dollars plus on a Hilton Hotel, one that I have a credit card for, to sleep like this and to get blown off concerning my less than satisfactory stay.

The breakfast wasn’t really set up for what my family likes, but otherwise it was good. Room was very open with lots of room to walk around. Very clean.
