What a great spot! A very chill vibe, with great management. The pool was the right temperature and the chairs/tables/umbrellas were comfy and Easy to use. The fridge and countertop were mindfully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and beverages, elevating the "mini bar" to a whole new level.

We loved the motel. Quaint and Campy in the right ways. Loved being able to hear the ocean while at the pool. Wishing the in room coffee was free charge.

"Fun weekend getaway!"

Great location to explore Odiorne Point and Portsmouth. Clean, comfortable beach/mid century modern decor with a very nice kitchenette. The pool wasn’t open yet so I don’t think we had the full experience. We appreciated their map of local attractions and restaurants and enjoyed a few of their recommendations.

A bench at the foot of the bed for luggage would have been helpful.

The Rye Motor Inn was a delightful stay! Still maintained a retro look with all modern conveniences. Large room with sitting area, kitchen, and a bathrm with heated floor. Beach across the street with dogs allowed in that beach area…Bonus! Restaurants nearby. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Easy check. Apartment is very clean and cute decor. Lovely quiet area close to the beach. Nice walking trail at Odione state park. Perfect get away!
