"Don't book a stay. They say they have no hotels.co"

This hotel said they do not have an account at hotels.com and did not receive any payments from them. I called hotels.com and they said I would have a refund in 72 hours. I still have not received this. Do not try to book here. Hotels.com must remove this listing. If I do not get a refund before I get home, I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.
