La posizione, vicinissima alla spiaggia, e bellissima vista mare. La casa spaziosa con interni ben sfruttabili e una bellissima terrazza. Giardino tenuto benissimo

Migliorerei la manutenzione interna della casa , un po'datata , secondo me basterebbe poco per renderla veramente 'top'!

La posizione, direttamente sul golfo della spiaggia della Biodola. Il patio ed il giardino.

Non hanno consegnato tutta la biancheria (a pagamento extra), non ci sono tappettini per le docce, wifi scarso.

"Kaufen Sie die fehlenden Dinge und genießen Sie die herrliche Lage!"

Die Lage ist wunderschön: herrlicher Ausblick, nah am Strand und Anfang Mai auch recht ruhig. Die Räume, die Terrasse und das Außengelände sind großzügig, sodass wir als zwei befreundete Paare genügend Platz hatten.

Die Küchenausstattung ist reichlich dürftig, wenn man da wirklich kochen möchte (nur drei verschiedene Weingläser, wenig appetitliche Plastikschüsseln, keine Knoblauchpresse, keine Zitronenpresse, . . .). Die zuständige Agentur konnte oder wollte dies in zwei Wochen auch nicht ändern (defekte Steckdosen, defekte Außenbeleuchtung, . . .) Die ganze Wohnung und Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber damit kann man bei diesem Preis leben.
