USComfortable apartment with beautiful view from the balcony. Staff were accessible via Whatsapp prior to check-in with helpful info on getting from Milan to Menaggio (even in the midst of historic rainfall making some transportation challenging!).
Bed frames are very creaky, but minor issue overall
AUNice large apartment right at the edge of Lake Como. The standout is the large balcony with uninterrupted views over the lake of Bellagio and Varenna. Free public parking at the front of the property. Less than 10 minutes walk to the ferry stop. We have no hesitation to give this property a 10

NLLocatie is fantastisch met een mooi terras en daar geweldig uitzicht. Mooi pand met tuin aan het water. Groot appartement met 2 goede badkamers en fijne keuken met vaatwasser
Meubilair bij de eetkamer en de bank zijn verouderd. Zonnescherm buiten functioneert niet meer goed met in en uitschuiven Geen opvolging van host bij vraag extra terrasneubilair
USThe apartment felt very clean, new and spacious. The views from the large balcony are amazing and there is a huge beautiful shared gardens below leading to the water. The agency was kind and friendly-they welcomed us with a lovely gift box with wine and breakfast, allowed us to store luggage at the office and always responded immediately to any questions.
The apartment was well equipped, but could have used a few more things in the kitchen (dish soap, oven mitt, towels). This was a minor quibble though.
USFantastic view, villa with beautiful gardens. 5-10 min walk to Menaggio city center, 5 mins to Bellagio/Varenna ferry. Welcome kit was a nice touch
The stove was tricky to operate (instructions would be helpful).
Great view but no Wifi. We called, we stopped in the office but they just told us the password and that was it. We were there for three days couldn't book reservations, boats, excursions, research or do any work because for 3 days no wifi. It was so upsetting and no-one seemed to really care. Property was nice but SO FRUSTRATING. I think they know as many complaints but do not do anything to fix or update the problem.
