Fantastisk og spektakulær beliggenhet ved Vøringsfossen. Mye historie i lokalene. Har beholdt mange gamle detaljer og kvalitetsmøbler fra flere årtier tilbake. Kjempegod frokost (laksen var helt nydelig!). Sov som en stein i kjempegod seng.

Litt begrenset utvalg til frokost sammenlignet med andre hoteller. Litt lytt mellom rommene, kan være en liten demper på romantikken når man reiser som par.

The history surrounded us with a sense of stepping back into the past. The location was amazing. The food was excellent and the service great.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das haus für 1891 erbaut. Es sieht von aussen sehr ehrwürdig aus. Der empfang ist dekoriert mit alten Gegenständen. Das Abendessen wat sehr gut. Tolle Atmosphäre im Speisesaal. Zum Wasserfall sind es nur ein paar schritte. Die Aussicht zum Wasserfall phänomenal. In der Cafeteria gibt es feine Kuchen. Dir Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber.

Der duschvorhang und oder auch Kabine sind nicht praktisch, das Wasser läuft unten raus und überschwemmt das Badezimmer.

Toplage am Wasserfall , sonniger Vorplatz mit Kaffee

Könnte noch geschmackvoller eingerichtet sein für ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus. Kaffee war aufgewärmt, ansonsten Frühstück okay.
