Our room was not cleaned correctly. The floor was nasty. I wiped something up off the floor and the paper napkin I used was black from wiping stuff off the floor so nobody mopped the floor before we came in the room. My bed looked like they didn't change the sheets or something. There was like a gray mark on the sheets. But we've been traveling for days and was over exhausted. Didn't want to wait for them to change the sheets. There was a woman's feminine blood cup laying in the hallway for 3 days. The shower wasn't cleaned all the way. And the sheets were terrible for such inexpensive hotel. You would think you would have nice sheets. I don't know if my sheets didn't get changed and my room didn't get cleaned or what but the sheets looked dirty or maybe where they were stained. And they were made from very cheap material cuz there was bumps on the sheets. And that has got to be the cheapest toilet paper I've ever used. I went to Dollar general to use their restroom and they had better toilet paper in their restroom then your fancy motel. And then you put us up on the third floor and the night before we had to leave your elevators were broke so we had to carry a bunch of stuff down. Three flights of stairs. Ended up breaking a wheel on my cooler. We set our trash outside our door and it seemed like they didn't come and pick the trash up towards the end of the day. And didn't give us trash bags. It didn't give us clean towels. Or refill amenities like toilet paper and stuff for coffee. We had to go ask for it. Quite disappointed with the hotel. Was not very clean at all. And the sheets were terrible. They had little bumps all over them like they were cheap sheets that have been reused and reused. And that is the worst toilet paper I've ever used in my life. To pay $158 a night you would think the hotel would have been cleaner. Kitchen floor was nasty

There were two young ladies being very smirky with my daughters giving attitude with them and it was very uncalled for. We were there for their graduation for high school at Clemson. They were working near the restaurant in the middle possibly seating people. Both ladies have dark brown possibly black hair possibly maybe 18-21 years old.

Restaurant on property and staff are great. Rooms are nice but could use a deep clean.

Pool needs to be heated. For a hotel advertising the pool amenity so much you would think it would be heated.
