Nothing - it was very lovely!

The room and the facilities are awesome! I wish we had more time to stay. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant as well. I had the best crabcake I think I’ve ever had!

The lady who checked us in made us stand there and wait close to five minutes while she had a non-work, casual conversation with a coworker. It was rude and we felt very disrespected. She also didn’t give me an opportunity to read the paper that I was asked to sign. She stood there and kept her hand on it while I signed it and then immediately took it away. It was our first time there and the room wasn’t ready at 2:40 when we got there so we asked where we could hang out outside to have a drink by the lake and was first told either at the pool or on the patio by the restaurant. We were then directed down to the fire pit but it got a bit hot in the sun. We later discovered the pavilion next to the pool area with a great view of the lake that would’ve been a great spot to wait in the shade. The lady who checked us in said she would call and let us know when the room was ready but we never received a call. The room also got up to 76° while we slept even though we had the bedroom thermostat set to 68.

Would have liked fresh coffee and real milk available at breakfast time.

Super clean and the proximity to Clemson was perfect. Parking was easy and we liked that there were stores/food walkable.

We love staying there. It’s so clean, great location and we really would love to own our own unit.
