Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Mahtava yllätys, että juhannuksena sunnuntain aamupala oli klo 12 asti. Huoneessa hyvä ilmastointi.

We stayed at Hotel Kakola during a business trip and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The most serious issue occurred in the hotel bar, where an incident involving other guests made us feel unsafe and resulted in us calling the police. We were disappointed that we did not feel supported by the hotel staff afterwards. In addition, the service at Restaurant Ruben was unfriendly, and we were asked to leave the restaurant around 10:15 p.m., which left us feeling unwelcome. Considering the circumstances, we expected an apology or some form of goodwill gesture from the hotel, but none was offered. The hotel building itself is interesting and unique, but our overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of support and customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.
