The Emperor at the Juliet

Lovely suite, beautiful view, great location. I would stay here again. Perfect two bedroom/two bathroom layout for a Mom/Grown Daughter trip. Once we figured out the bus stops/routes, it was perfect - $5/day pass.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, near everything in town . Only a bit confusing with the check in; calls went directly to voice mail and someone texted us after a day and everything was fine . Would stay there again.

Terrific location and beautiful views. I loved looking out over the city and the water at night.

Excellent property. Nice to have full apartment with quality furnishings and appliances. Close to everything and very walkable. Only complaint was poor communication for check in. Called number provided for 3 days prior to arrival and got full voicemail each time. Did manage to get through an hour before check in and was quickly accommodated. Was a bit disconcerting not knowing if I could get in to place up until the last minute.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort. Two small issues, suite heating was inadequate and no instructions as how to connect the TV with the cablevision

The apartment was comfy and roomy with everything you need, great location. The host was attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice facility. However, check in was a bit of a problem but resolved quickly.

The apartment has a lot of space and is very nice and clean. The director is easy to reach and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this stay.

The Emperor at the Juliet was a lovely space! Convenient to downtown. Very secure property, great communications from the office they were very responsive and helpful! Beautiful city Victoria!
