ochotní a milí personál, príjemné prostredie, chutné jedlo

po príchode nám bolo povedané, že pred 2 dňami si bývalí hostia omylom vzali kľúče a náhradné kľúče zrejme nemali... čakali sme teda takmer 1,5-2 hodiny na vyriešenie tejto situácie, no nakoniec nám dali inú izbu, len ju museli upratať, preto to čakanie, v izbe však ostali pavučiny na viacerých miestach. V rezorte je súkromná pláž, kde psy nie sú povolené (nemôžu ani ležať na pláži na vodítku, pritom v ubytovaní sú psy povolené, to je trochu čudné. A nakoniec, v reštaurácii / bistre, ktoré je v areály sme sa stretli s menu len v maďarskom jazyku, čo je v dnešnej dobe neobvyklé a zbytočne komplikované. Ale väčšina čašníkov a personálu ochotne komunikovala po anglicky, takže sme to zvládli. Všetci sú milí a ústretoví, napriek tomu však pobyt nebol bezchybný.

Rooms were very nice and clean

Breakfast are served from 9 a.m. in a restaurant 5 minutes away. It is very late. Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for coffee and another 15 for meal which was already designed. When I asked for possible refund as breakfast were served this late it was not possible. Check out is at 10 and you cannot make it with breakfast. The information sent contained check in 12-16, ee were not able to make it and called to dedicated number, no answer. When we arrived the check in was possible till 20. No proper information regarding timelines are sent.
