Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral. Das Personal insbesondere Frau Atci war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, eigentlich gehen die Sterne an sie und an das restliche Personal. Die Sauberkeit ist im akzeptabelen bereich, aber verbesserungsbedürftig.

The hotel/room was absolutely beautiful. They offered delicious Turkish breakfast and sights such as Fish Lake, Mosque, Caves and Museum are all within very short walking distance. I’d happily stay here again!

"Çok güzel bir otel deneyimi"

Gayet temiz, gayet rahat çok güzel bir otel deneyimiydi. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Çalışanlar her açıdan çok yardımcı oldular, çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlılardı. Konumu çok güzeldi, zaten Balıklıgöl'e 0 denecek kadar yakında, onun dışında da gezilerden dönerken hep çarşıda gezebildik. 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde de otobüs durağı var. Güzel bir Şanlıurfa gezisi için kesinlikle düşünülecek bir otel.

I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.
