Otelin yeri Balıklıgöl’e bir dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde idi. Kahvaltı doyurucu, çeşitli ve güzeldi. Çayı unutamayacağımız kadar lezzetli idi. Otelin temizliği gayet iyiyidi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Keyfe keder tek eleştirimiz aşırı gösterişli ve göz yoran tefrişi idi. Odadaki Rokoko stili koltuk çok lekeliydi.

Nice hotel. Rooms reflect the reasonable price paid and are a little dated but everything worked and were clean. Public areas are lovely with an Ottoman decor that I find appealing. Breakfast was typical Turkish style and was fine - coffee instant though. The outdoor part of the restaurant was nice and I ate there two night - food is good. Location great for the Balıklıgöl pool, the adjacent mosque, the bazaar and is just a 10 minute stroll through a lovely park to the excellent Şanlıurfa mosaic museum and archeological museum from where you can take a public bus to Göbekli Tepe.

Hôtel très bien situé près de Balikligöl, avec une jolie cour intérieure dans laquelle il est possible de prendre les repas. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Perfect hotel to stay in for visiting all the holy sites and attractions in and around Urfa, as it's pretty central to all of them. Walking distance from the Cave of Abraham, the Abraham mosque and Pool of Abraham. I loved that laundry service was available! Special thanks to Enver for being so incredibly kind and warm upon check-in and check-out as well as throughout my stay. He went above and beyond with his customer service and providing me recommendations and was the most professional. Also thanks to Sadat and Halil for their recommendations and kindness. Housekeeping men were sweet. There were a couple of minor areas needing improvement: The breakfast staff weren't welcoming nor smiling, and they never asked if anything was needed. So I didn't really look forward to breakfast for this reason- it was kind of depressing. A lot of the breakfast items didn't seem fresh; i.e., the cheese plates, sausages, etc seemed like they were from the previous day (and I came earlier in the morning the following days to see if perhaps I was wrong, but even then some breakfast items didn't seem as fresh). Internet/wifi was completely down for over 24 hours and this was extremely inconvenient. I would strongly suggest replacing all hotel room doors with modern ones, as they were dated and made the hotel less luxurious. But to retain the beauty and charm, paint the new doors the same way as the old ones. Overall, property was beautiful, safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a pretty good location...walking distance to a number of the sites in town. But I will say thT it is a little tired and dated. The room has a small bathroom and the mattresses are average. Breakfast is a typical turkish buffet with something for rveryone. We hD dinner at the hotel and the minced beef swisher were pretty good. The air condoning was annoying because one side of the bed was blown all night. We decided to move tge bed away from this constant blowing of cold air.

The hotel is at the heart of the city. Parking is available. Rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet offers a huge variety. In short a great place to stay in.
