First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top. But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese; they looked after us like any other guest. They helped us promptly when we left a medicine in our room, they secured our luggages until we came back to Tokyo from a domestic trip, and they assisted us when we had our luggages sent to the airport. I'm reminded of Omotenashi - the Japanese value of looking after guests with much care and hospitality. The hotel staff truly embodies this value. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Tokyo.

The hotel itself was great but it was the staff that made it amazing. Had a few things i needed help and they were quick to help and solve. For example i forgot my contacts at home.... I know rookie move right LOL. So I asked the staff for help and they quickly solved my issue. May not sound like a big deal but if you have ever need contacts in a foreign country well IYKYK. Anyway if you're looking for a place look no further. I will definitely be staying here again.
