Well equipped and clean appartment, coffee and fruit available through the day, possibility to order bakery stuff for the morning, big playground for children and baby crib available.

All was great, we just missed soap for hands in bathroom.

Very good guesthouse. Clean, nice apartment. The owners extremely nice. They welcomed us with open arms, indicating that if we feel like it, we can treat ourselves to coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. from the vending machines standing in the dining room, without absolutely having to pay an additional fee. They only indicated, very unobtrusively and with great sensitivity, that if we feel like it, we can drop a small amount into the moneybox standing on the counter. The stay was skiing, and I think it is a very good base. The facility has a ski and laundry room, with heaters for shoes, to the ski lift very close - you can get there by the ski bus (one stop), which stops a few dozen meters from the guesthouse. I consider the stay very successful.

The place is just amazing, it was super tidy, many appliances for your cooking needs, comfortable bed and breathtaking view from the balcony. You're welcome to refresh yourself with complimentary coffee, various fruits or cakes in the breakfast room throughout all day. Location is perfect, walking distance to Hauser Kaibling lift. A few minutes drive to a huge number of beautiful hikes. Owner was extremely nice and really helpful. Breakfast is rich, eggs from local farm, you have to try self-made ham & eggs. Washing machine is available in the basement. Schladming card included in the accommodation. Definitely recommended.
