"posizione eccellente in centro storico, peccato sia tenuto in modo così trasandato e poco pulito"

scarsa pulizia, ragnatele di settimane con ragni acclusi, seggiole dondolanti, poco stabili e sporche, palo di sostegno della tenda caduto in testa spostandola per aprire la finestra, piano cottura sporco di pomodoro, anta rifiuti che non si chiude, interno doccia nero di muffa nella congiunzione con le mattonelle e nelle guarnizioni del box, piano del tavolo appiccicoso come se non fosse stato pulito, porta rotolo carta igienica dondolante e non fissato, … … … se anche i precedenti fruitori dell'appartamento hanno speso 41,00 euro per la pulizia, mi domando cosa comprenda visto come abbiamo trovato noi l'appartamento

La posizione in pieno centro storico è eccezzionale

Purtroppo una nota dolente : la dotazione della cucina era fornita di due pentole ( di piccole dimensioni ) il che mi ha messo parecchio in difficoltà ( famiglia composto di 4 persone ).
