"Basic no-frills room, inflexible management."

Room was good value for money.

Booked a room for a week, did not have facilities suggested on booking.com and was not suitable for us. Staff were happy to allow us to stay the night and organise a refund for the unused nights and we found alternate accommodation. Hotel later refused the refund leaving us out of pocket.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the Superior Family Room was absolutely outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having two bathrooms and three TVs made it perfect for our family. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like complimentary bottled water and biscuits. The on-site restaurant was another highlight—delicious, generous meals at very reasonable prices. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again!
