The seasonal pool will be open from May to September. Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 3 children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). The hospitality was beyond wonderful, the breakfast was great and there were wonderful homemade warm muffins out for the guests all day long. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. We highly recommend a stay at the Sutton House. The location is also great for seeing the area.

This is a very nice property. Nicely decorated with antiques and collectibles and classic furnishings. Owner Thais is an excellent host ready to make you feel at home. Very complete breakfasts with delicious food cooked by attentive staff. Our room was the Peach Lilly room on the first floor. You will hear road traffic noise.The room was very nice but the space distribution could improve. The bathroom is really small. The washbasin is outside the bathroom and located in the bedroom which is a bit inconvenient. The bedroom size is good for a couple but on the small side to accommodate 3 people. Overall we enjoyed the property very much and recommend it.

The owner was very nice, personable and kind. We had a late arrival as we traveled after work and had a little over 2 hours to get there. She waited for us and helped us through the check-in process that made us feel comfortable. Beautiful house and cleaned rooms!!

There was limited space for our clothes, but we made it work!

Well appointed room very clean great size Parking good

No choice in breakfast just served to you with no accounting for personal needs Very noisy the Inn was alongside a very busy road with heavy vehicles thundering buy all night, had to result to earplugs which did not help much
