Rooms are maintained well and has wooden interiors to keep it warm. Breakfast is very good.

Small dining hall Prices are high No outside view from hotel room.

It all starts with the high expectations while booking, upon seeing the property in the booking.com site but things are not gone well as expected. Let's start with the pros, 1. Good staff there, they behaved very well 2. Delicious food especially dinner 3. Kid safe 4. 24/7 hot water and room service Cons 1. Huge disappointment about the amenities none I would say except the stay 2. Parking issue or an important issue however they managed 3. No floor mat how many times u asked they said we will give in sometime that's the reply we got instead floor mat 4. Overall I would say out of 10 I will give 6. Suggestion to the property understand the customer needs and try to satisfy the options you have promised to do so. Places like hill station amenities like camp fire is very very basic if you are not able to provide the basic amenities then u start loosing customer sooner or later. Try to solve all those things.
