Casa Playa Beach Resort

Staff is absolutely amazing! First time staying at this location and definitely won't be the last. We stayed in room 503 and it's fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed was nice but the sheets are starchy. Excellent location with a easy walk to the point or times square for dinner. 503 has a grey fan in the bedroom. We can't sleep without a fan so we brought one and didn't even need it! Don't miss out on the margaritas and beers offered at the front office!!!!!

For starters, Dany, Derek and Ashley were the among most helpful, friendly and welcoming management staff I’ve ever had to pleasure to deal with while traveling, from initial booking to final checkout. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests without any hesitation or delay. Our one bedroom beachfront condo was immaculate, and included everything you would expect to make our stay comfortable, including a full kitchen, dining and living areas, oversized bathroom and separate bedroom. Our particular condo appeared to be fully renovated with new appliances and furniture, and as clean as could be. The pool and pool area were clean and inviting, and the grounds were well maintained. There were more amenities than I could list, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, valet carts, various beach games, activities and equipment, and beach towels. The beach was just steps away from the building, making access a breeze The property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars, but just far enough away to feel secluded when we were at the beach. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit again, and you should too. You will not be disappointed! Clean, tranquilo, buen lugar, acogedor

My family and friends will definitely continue vacationing here. From the moment we checked in, it felt like paradise. The surrounding areas and our room were incredibly clean. I appreciated the option to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas to enhance our beach experience. This is truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited.

Location, pool we liked. However, wish there wereore services. Says,"resort" but needs more . Help with umbrellas and chairs, better elevator, better shower doors that work Kleenex and more than 1 washcloth. Coffee and tea and creamer .bicycles to use are a plus. We love tween waters Inn for its amenities

Great location just a shame there’s still construction ongoing around the area

Went with some friends for a Long Beach weekend and it was perfect! Had a hiccup one day but staff resolved it for us quickly. We will stay there again
