Hotel is located in old town, very close to restaurants and street food. The room is moder,very nice and large

Really nice room, comfortable beds and ok breakfast. Hotel staff would benefit from smiling a bit, or at least say good morning. Excellent location in Kamizierst, next door to restaurants and pubs. Close to tram station and therefore close to other parts of Krakow.

Hotelli Esteran henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Hotellin sijainti on mainio eli keskellä Kazimierin ravintola- ja kahvilatarjontaa. Hotellista on kävelymatka keskustaan. Erityisesti meitä ilahdutti ikkunastamme avautuva näkymä sisäpihalle, jossa viihtyi vastapäisen talon suloinen pullea kissa.

Staff at check in and reception in general were great. The area as you approach the hotel is crowded with people coming out of bars or dining at restaurants with street tables, but once in the hotel, you entered a place where the noise of the street was replaced by tranquility. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable with the usual good selection of food and drink to enjoy a continental breakfast. The room was spacious, very clean and very quiet. Barhroom was clean with an excellent shower and very easily adjusted hot and cold water. The whole hotel looked like it had just opened. Everything was in great condition. The hotel's outside dining area felt very private and was pleasant to sit in to enjoy a meal or drink. Overall, Hotel Estera impressed from start to finish. Would definitely return there the next time I'm in Krakow.

Perfect position to visit the Jewish quarter restaurants and not far from Old Town. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds.

Avoid breakfast - total waste of money

It was a one night stay before flying back to Chicago. The hotel was great: excellent location close to restaurants, parks and a flea market, modern and clean amenities, helpful service. My room was quite spacious, however the bed was tiny! It was however enough for my small frame. I wish there wasn’t a plastic/ waterproof cover on the mattress and an extra pillow on the bed to make my night more comfortable, but that is the only thing I could say about this hotel, I really enjoyed it. Special note on taxi service: the hotel can arrange a car service to the airport at 120zloty, the taxis standing right outside the hotel wanted about 100 zloty, but I was able to get an Uber ride in just 2 minutes for 45 zloty.
