The property as a whole is good, cleaning and pool is awesome with enough lifeguards, bit no bath towels, staffs are careless, my friend had an injury to his feet in the beach by a broken piece of glass and we need to take home to hospital

The front office, house keeping and room services not good. I booked a deluxe twin room paying 360 QAR but I got a dirty standard room on first floor with sands inside bath tub and bathroom and I need to keep going to reception for a alternative option, initially they said it is full booked, once we quarreled they give us another twin room, which was same like my other friends booked for 280 QAR. The waiting time at reception for check in is too late. Reception never attend the room service calls

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was excellent, the beach was clean and beautiful, and all the facilities were well maintained. The environment was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience and I enjoyed my stay.

The only issue I encountered was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which could be improved. Apart from that, everything was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to others.
