The cleanliness.

We booked and reserved online and when we got there front desk rep told us there was no payment received from us and was going to charge us a second time so we had to show our receipt on the phone. Ordered food when we went to go pick it up in the lobby we asked the same rep where we can pick up since we didn’t have how it works and it was our first time, he didn’t seem to want to help us and just shook his head.

The parking lot, literally no where to park that is close to access the hotel area. Absolutely unforgettable.

"Double CHARGED, SMELLY FEET ROOM!"

Room smelled like stink feet, but we're spaceous and had an okay vibe. They over charged me. I paid on Priceline and then was charged again on a separate card. Which I think is complete BS. We're they hoping I would notice, how often does this happen or whom ever is in charge of these transactions should be double checking. I'm pissed because what if I didn't notice this $304 miss from my account. Would they have noticed, how often does this happen? It happens enough that the girl know exactly what to say and what needed to be done. So it not uncommon!!!
