"Not a great place"

The girl at the front desk completely ignored us. She was doing homework or something on the computer, kept picking up the phone and ignoring us. She said once in over 5 minutes, "I'll be with you in a moment" without even looking away from her computer. Very unprofessional. We ended up going to another counter eventually. You also claim to have a pool which is a LIE. The pool is in another hotel completely across the parking lot! Your r@tes are RIDICULOUS for such an awful employee and a lie....

"All We Hoped For"

When you’re traveling from afar, you hope for the hospitality experience we encountered today. Micah at the front desk gladly helped with a simple request. And Gary at the bar fulfilled our wishes. The kitchen did the perfect job of cooking our dinner order too. All in all, we are so grateful for a nice evening. Our room is spacious and has everything we wanted. Well done Courtyard Rapid City!

Easy to get to, clean quiet decent price

The bed was not as comfortable as most Marriott I have stayed at The food wasn’t very good at the Bistro nor the service
