Helpful staff. Good location in a lively neighbourhood, with nice seafood restaurants and a beach in the vicinity.

The room is very small. Not soundproof; much noise from the hallway. The room has a glass window; light shines into the room so it doesn't get dark. Bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask. The bathroom was unacceptable, with a leaking sink, dirty floor, no proper tiles in the shower, and only cold water. Needs some proper plumbing!

location is right at the Phan Thiet port, convenient to catch boat to Phu Quy next day, they have parking for car in/out door

room is quite small and basic

well, it was close to the centre which was good. The rate was cheap which was good also.

I didn’t like the cockroaches I didn’t like that the room is very very very small and it was not very clean.
