The location was great. So close to everything. Also really quiet.

The studio was cramped and stuffy. With one small window facing a wall. Not the city view we were expecting, as described. The big issue was the cleanliness. The main issues were a dirty fridge with a half eaten fried chicken left on the shelf. The microwave was filthy with grease and food residue left on the tray. A frying pan that clearly had not been washed with lumps of burned meat stuck to it. One wine glass only, and that was cracked. We did complain and the response was swift. A lovely, apologetic cleaner turned up to rectify the issues but to be honest there was not much she could do with a jay cloth and a spray bottle. The place needs a deep clean. It was grubby and tired. Other issue were stains on the quilt, blocked shower tray and most kitchen stuff was sticky and smeared. Will not be returning.

Location was central, studio had the essentials and communication was good. Really appreciated having the fans in this heat.

Dirty laundry found under bed, pink hair found in bathroom and on floor, and an unsafe kitchen knife (loose handle).

Property is in a good location. Close to city centre and quiet at night. Apartment is cozy and the air conditioner is a huge plus point. There's a kitchen in the apartment which gave us the flexibility to eat in and store leftovers in the fridge for the next day.

The tap in the shower is almost impossible to turn so we could not really change the temperature of the shower. Thankfully it was stuck at a reasonable temperature.
