"Not the Original Hyde – Misleading and Overpriced"

This is NOT the original Hyde on the beach anymore. It is now located across the street, and you have to cross the road to get to the beach. This is very misleading, especially if you’ve stayed at the original Hyde before and expect the same beachfront location. We booked a 2-bedroom unit for 4 people (with two kids), yet at the beach they only allow 2 towels. When you are paying multiple fees (resort fees, administrative fees, etc.), basic things like enough towels for all guests should not even be a discussion. We asked for more and were told NO. The payment process was also poorly handled. The charge was not processed at check-in but later, which triggered a fraud alert from my bank (something very common in Miami). After confirming the charge, the hotel failed to properly reprocess it, which resulted in my cards being temporarily blocked. When I went to the front desk, the receptionist (Ana) was rude and unprofessional. She even mentioned they could hold my car, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. On top of that, valet parking is expensive ($42 per night) and extremely slow. For that price, the service should be efficient, and it is not. Overall, this place charges like a luxury property, but the service is nowhere near that level.

Este ya NO es el Hyde original situado a pie de playa. Ahora se encuentra al otro lado de la calle, por lo que hay que cruzar la vía para llegar a la playa. Esto resulta muy engañoso, especialmente si uno se ha alojado anteriormente en el Hyde original y espera encontrar la misma ubicación frente al mar. Reservamos una unidad de dos dormitorios para cuatro personas (incluyendo dos niños); sin embargo, en la playa solo nos permitieron disponer de dos toallas. Cuando se pagan múltiples cargos adicionales (tasas de resort, gastos administrativos, etc.), aspectos tan básicos como contar con toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes no deberían ser siquiera motivo de discusión. Solicitamos más toallas y la respuesta fue un rotundo NO. El proceso de pago también se gestionó de manera deficiente. El cargo no se procesó durante el registro de entrada (*check-in*), sino posteriormente, lo cual activó una alerta de fraude por parte de mi banco (algo muy habitual en Miami). Tras confirmar la legitimidad del cargo, el hotel no logró reprocesarlo correctamente, lo que provocó el bloqueo temporal de mis tarjetas. Al acudir a la recepción, la recepcionista (Ana) mostró una actitud grosera y poco profesional. Incluso llegó a insinuar que podrían retener mi vehículo, lo cual resulta totalmente inapropiado e inaceptable. Por si fuera poco, el servicio de aparcacoches (*valet parking*) es costoso (42 dólares por noche) y extremadamente lento. Por ese precio, el servicio debería ser eficiente, y claramente no lo es. En definitiva, este establecimiento cobra tarifas propias de una propiedad de lujo, pero la calidad del servicio dista mucho de alcanzar ese nivel.

El departamento es un 10 puntos linda vista bien equipado , el equipo de Cielos Stay 20 puntos , siempre a disposición.

El servicio de playa - 10 hay que esperar 1 hora por la sombrilla y reposeras , los empleados son muy mal educados le dan servicio a 2 edificios grandes y a un hotel , imposible cumplir con los 3 . Los pasillos del edificio , pisos y alfombras sucias feo olor que sale del cuarto de donde se tira la basura y llehs al pasillo El Valet Parking regular , el personal es muy amable pero son 42 pisos , es un edificio muy grande
