La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable y los servicios y limpieza impecables. Ampliamente recomendable.

Que no hay alberca de mayores dimensiones. Aunque ésto lo sabía desde el inicio. No fue sorpresa ni engaño.

El hotel muy bonito, todo rústico muy acordé a la ubicación, el cuarto muy cómodo, limpio y el baño en excelente condiciones.. lo recomiendo al 💯 y si volvería a hospedarme .. 👍🏼 sales del hotel y está la plazuela donde siempre hay muy buen ambiente y a 5 minutos del malecón...

El horario de 15:00 pm a 12:00 pm ... Deberías ser mínimo a las 13:00 horas 🥹🥹

El anuncio dice que cuenta con desayuno incluido, lo cual no es cierto; sin embargo, el personal del hotel nos ofreció un desayuno continental en un restaurante cercano.

"excellent location but singularly devoid of any charm or any natural sunlight in rooms"

Window opened on to a walkway. No drinking utensils offered nor toilet tissue. Soap was limited to two small cakes of soap and a small amount of shampoo for five days

"Raíces is a very basic, rustic hotel."

To be very honest , the photos do not reflect the actual hotel. It was not the right fit for us. However, the next morning, the very professional staff offered to move us to their new hotel Tierra Marina . We switched hotels which was a much better fit. Tierra Marina is just a block away, new, comfortable and with an elevator. Staff in both hotels are excellent. Raíces might be great for younger people.

Excelentte ubicacíon frente a la plaza y a unas cuadras del malecón, el cual estuvo perfecto para salir a caminar super temprano ☺️ Me gustaron las instalaciones, la alberca y todo muy limpio

Que nos dijeron no habia desayuno en el horario que indicaba la reserva
